Georges Rousse: "Argentan", 1997/2003
Georges Rousse is a French photographer who takes photos of abandoned spaces such as buildings, parking garages, streetscapes etc. Before taking a photo, Georges made an installation, paints precise geometrical shapes which produce the illusion of a simple, flat design floating on the surface of the photo.
