The monument was designed and built by a Turkish team led by sculptor Azimet Karaman, architect Levent Timurhan, architect-sculptor Reha Benderlioğlu and sculptor Necmettin Yağci.

"No dreams" by Jerzy Kalina, installation commemorating the 150th anniversary of the outbreak of the January Resurrection, Wroclaw, Poland, 2013

On the tables Kalina has placed 42 bowls of ice, resembling a medallion serious, because at the bottom of each bowl there is a picture of a human.
