“Acropolis 2000” by Tomasz Domanski, National Museum, Wroclaw, Poland, 1999-2000 The installation alludes to ancient temples. Its nine columns are telescopes of steel rings. A system of infrared sensors activates a mechanism that collapses and elevates the rings in random order whenever viewers enter the perimeter of the composition.

In the industrial area called the cave there are two types of forms. Some are "mechanical", these are stalactites, the second - stalagmites have organic shapes, created by the cascade of accumulating the drops of wax, dripping with stalactites hanging from the ceiling.
