From school classrooms to Apple product launches, slideshow presentations have quickly become the standard accompaniment to lectures. You can't give a speech without a slideshow, it seems. Although most of these suggestions are based on Powerpoint-type platforms, it's interesting to see new things and know what's out there to get creative!

Hmmm....again, some good things here, but much of this seems directed at business pitch-type presentations. For example, this lists data-rich presentations as something you should avoid. You need to FOCUS and EMPHASIZE data rich presentations.

To create your own digital content is a big step but not one out of reach for any of us. These tools allow you to create resources for online use in the classroom OR give you an idea of what is possible. Investigate some of the possibilities and then discuss with me and we'll see what can be done with a little thought and planning.

Really useful guide to online presentation tools+
Not so much a 'Quick Guide' as an in depth guide, really! Looks of detailed explanation and screenshots giving a solid overview of a whole host of tools. Much more useful than a list as you can read and look and get a clear idea of what the tool is and how it might be used.
