Overheated Galaxy S3 Burns Melts Samsung Galaxy SIII Burns and mults overheated when charging .
Samsung phones are known for getting overheated which usually happens during charging or while playing games. But this case of a brand new GalaxyS3 getting overheated and burnt, is something serious which requires Samsung's attention.
A user has posted pictures of his GalaxySIII which he claims to have burnt while it was getting charged in his car with the car charger and his phone was in the charging cradle. The images of burnt phone are shocking as its not just a minor burnt that damaged the device but this is quite a damgerous device if the problem is for real. We can see that the bottom part which is connected to the charger iscompletely burnt as if someone has set it ablaze. This could have done serious damage to the user had he been talking over the phone while it was getting charged.
Apparently Samsung is aware of the situation and here is what the official news goes :
”Samsung is aware of this issue and will begin investigating as soon as we receive the specific product in question. Once the investigation is complete, we will be able to provide further details on the situation. We are committed to providing our customers with the safest products possible and are looking at this seriously“.
From the above statement, its very clear that Samsung has began investigating the issue and is trying to contact the user who has posted the images to know more about the problem. There are mixed feelings among Samsung fans where some are suggesting that it is the work of competitors to harm the brand name and many users believe that the burnt clearly looks like it is a setup to defame Samsung.
