Le Fishbowl, une technique d’animation (de facilitation) dynamique et responsabilisante, est utilisé lors de formations, réunions, ateliers, présentations ou conférences. L’objectif : de façon participative, redonner aux participants le pouvoir de choisir l’orientation de la présentation.
En opposition à une présentation traditionnelle où le présentateur décide des détails de l’exposé, le Fishbowl met l’expert à la disposition des participants en leur laissant diriger la discussion ou la formation. Les gens sont ainsi libres de choisir l’ordre et la façon dont les sujets sont abordés. Alors qu’en situation de présentation standard, les gens sont au mieux à l’aise de poser une ou deux questions mais rarement d’avantage, dans un Fishbowl. Comme le tout se déroule sous forme d’une discussion, les participants ont la chance de poser de nombreuses questions et d’adresser des sous-questions souvent très riches en compréhension et apprentissages.

According to an article on Office.com, here’s how it works. You open up Powerpoint and start throwing in your text and images. At this point, don’t worry about the layout. On the right side of your screen, you will see a “Design Ideas” pane open up, displaying several options for integrating your image into the slide. Select the one that tickles your fancy, and you’re off to the next slide. Under the hood, PowerPoint is analyzing your image, and selecting from over 12,000 professionally designed blueprints to bring you the choices you are most likely to love.

Using PowerPoint as a Storyboard Software:Now when you open PowerPoint, you will see a new tab labeled Storyboarding. From here you will see a button located towards the left side of the ribbon called Storyboard Shapes. Once you click on that, a box will appear containing hundreds of assets you can simply drag and drop onto your slide, ready for intense Storyboarding. There are assets ranging from backgrounds, phone placeholders, buttons, progress bars, computer placeholders, and so much more. When I showed this to an Instructional Designer here at eLearning Brothers he said, “Wow! Where was this a month ago?!” So whether your are Storyboarding websites, course, or presentations, Storyboarding with Visual Studio will have everything you could ever need. Many of the objects that come with the Storyboarding tab have animations and transitions already added to them. Not only that, but every object can be edited as if it was built natively in PowerPoint.

Embed a Website with LiveWeb LiveWeb is a plugin that allows you to insert a live website into your presentation. You could insert a Twitter feed to get live responses or take questions from a large group. They could let you know how good or how boring the presentation is. You could use a voting website like StrawPoll.me to get immediate feedback on a principle or question you’re trying to teach. A plethora of options are available to you with the web and you’d never have to leave your presentation to access them.
Exporting Slides as Videos This feature allows you to turn your slides into a video for easier distribution to your audience. It is handy because your viewers can watch the presentation whichever way they want. It is also a better way to distribute the presentation, especially if you have an active YouTube presence. To turn the slides into a video, click File > Export and then click on Create a Video. The options will appear to the right of the page. Select the quality of the video from the HD and Computer Displays. You can use recorded timing or not. Save your video by clicking Create Video. Select your location and click Save.
Online Presentation Your audience may include people other than those in the current hall/room. As eLearning professionals, we know that other viewers could be viewing your presentation online from another part of the planet alongside the ones you are with physically. Online presentation tools make this surprisingly easy. Remote viewers need a connection –and a web browser only! Click the File > Share > Present Online. Check the box to enable remote viewers and then click Present Online. Select the link that appears and copy it. Click the Start Presentation button to launch the presentation online.

Turn Anything Into A Shape (.emf):Probably one of the most underutilized features in PowerPoint is the ability to turn any asset into a shape. Turning a table into a shape is one of the more likely assets that you would need/want to turn into a shape. Natively, tables in PowerPoint have very little customizable options. You can change the theme color rather easily, but advanced color formats and animations are virtually nonexistent. But once it is a shape you have close to 100% customizability. Here is how to change a PowerPoint table (and anything else frankly) into a completely modifiable shape:
