I remember while in college -- the day when I was promoted from hostess to server...I was so excited to start training.  I was lucky to be trained by the top server not only in service; however in sales.  He told me that if I want to learn to really connect with anyone and recommend drinks and appetizers -- I better start practicing my storytelling skills.  Boy was he ever right!!!

You see storytelling isn't about telling the facts or features or description...it is about stepping in the shoes of your audience to share with them a powerful image and visual with benefits.
