People often put high value to maintaining health when they talk about it, appreciate it when they practice it and neglect it when they are busy. Healthy people seldom treasure it, while unhealthy people yearn for it. When people do not have the time and money to invest to maintain their health, they will eventually have to make time to be sick and make money to pay the skyrocket medicine bills. This is a sign that people are weak in their health awareness and nutrition knowledge. It is quite relieving to see that people are making effort to understand the importance of maintaining health and really embark on “healthcare” instead of “disease care”. This will be really effective to help people to be more healthy.
