"Le rapport conclut sur la difficulté parfois des équipes sur le terrain à mettre en place des innovations qui se heurtent à des organisations, des programmes, des horaires. L’école française n’est pas préparée à une évolution sur la question des frontières disciplinaires, des limites de la classe, des grilles horaires et des habitudes de travail. Or, ce sont sur ces structures que porte la majorité des innovations.
L’innovation bouscule le système. Elle deviendra un levier de changement quand la communauté éducative dans son ensemble aura accepté l’idée d’une rénovation en profondeur des dispositifs traditionnels d’enseignement.
