Se trouvant à l’intersection d’attentes grandissantes, de la réalité quotidienne, d’images souvent préconçues, le site Internet de la ville présente un visage poli par une formalisation nouvelle due au média. Comment le visage de la ville est-il modelé avec les outils d’Internet? Est-il possible de retrouver une forme propre dans laquelle les citoyens peuvent se refléter et se reconnaître ?
