C'est toujours intéressant de suivre l'Open University dans ses opinions sur la formation. |
Le collabirative learning : Il ne s’agit plus d’utiliser les nouvelles technologies mais d’humaniser les processus. Les salariés ne sont plus passifs, ils participent de manière active en écoutant les autres et en partageant leur savoir.
"Selon Albert Bandura, un psychologue canadien, le collaborative learning est la capacité d’apprendre avec et grâce aux autres. On a affaire à une réelle mise en commun des connaissances et compétences permettant aux différents collaborateurs de se compléter, d’avancer ensemble dans la même direction tout en se formant".
