Car la technologie utilisée pour gérer ce questionnaire, disponible en plusieurs dizaines de langues, a été pensée, développée et peu à peu améliorée au sein du Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technologie (List), via les équipes de l'ancien CRP Tudor désormais intégré au List.
