We live too fast. We need inspiration, time, quality of life, with what it implies, and of course, these wines, are not to take them on its own or by oneself, you can! do not misunderstand me! Pretty much everything in the restaurant is personally made by the Surprising chef-owner, Omar Kannout, who is originally from Syria. The guy's a culinary genius. Everything in the restaurant is organic and most of it is locally sourced. They have a wine list that features more than 80 organic, biodynamic and sustainable wines, and all of them available by the glass.
