Cette journée est organisée à Saint-Etienne le vendredi 19 novembre par le CERCRID en partenariat avec le GATE-LSE et le soutien de la FMSH. Les technologies Blockchains connaissent une histoire à rebondissements empreinte d'incertitudes et de polémiques en particulier lorsqu'il s'agit de cryptomonnaies. Dans quelle mesure est-il possible d'accompagner cette évolution de manière pertinente et avec quels types de normes ?
Cette rubrique thématique propose une sélection d'ouvrages disponibles dans Gallica sur la situation juridique des femmes dans différents domaines du droit. Elle sera progressivement enrichie.

Organisé par l'Association des doctorants en Droit Public de l'Université de Lyon, en partenariat avec le CERCRID (UMR 5137)
Afin de promouvoir la cohésion et l’investissement scientifique de la jeune recherche en droit public de l’Université de Lyon, notre association organisera le 7 octobre 2021 son sixième colloque annuel.
Dans la continuité de nos cinq précédents colloques – qui ont respectivement porté en 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 et 2020 sur « La ville », « L’hommage », « La bienveillance », « Le théâtre » et « Le(s) chiffre(s) » –, notre démarche s’appuie sur l’interdisciplinarité. Cette approche est indispensable à toute recherche portant sur un objet a priori non juridique. Pour ce sixième colloque, le thème qui a été retenu est « Voyage(s) et droit public ».
Les interventions se dérouleront sous forme de tables rondes destinées à croiser l’approche juridique avec le regard de spécialistes provenant d’autres disciplines (géographie, philosophie, sociologie, histoire, science politique, etc.), en binômes ou en trinômes. En permettant la participation conjointe de doctorants, d’enseignants-chercheurs ainsi que des professionnels ou des membres de l'administration ou de la société civile, ce colloque participe au décloisonnement des disciplines et des milieux professionnels, en vue de parvenir à une meilleure connaissance du droit public.
Programme
Le renforcement de la place de la science dans la société, et des apports de la recherche à l’ensemble des acteurs sociétaux, sont des enjeux majeurs inscrits dans le rapport annexé au projet de loi de programmation de la recherche 2021-2030. Afin d’identifier les forces de recherche susceptibles de contribuer à une meilleure compréhension des enjeux et des pratiques en jeu dans les relations entre sciences, recherche et société, et au développement d’outils et de dispositifs innovants, l’Agence nationale de la recherche (ANR) lance un Appel à Manifestation d’Intérêt (AMI) « Science avec et pour la société ». La date limite pour déposer une lettre d’intention est fixée au 30 mars 2021.

Le ministère de la Justice publie un projet de décret qui vise à encadrer la mise en place de l'open data dans les décisions de justice. Une ouverture qui charrie un enjeu important : celui de la vie privée des personnes.
Jonas Knetsch nous livre une bibliographie juridique contenantt près de 3000 références d’ouvrages, d’articles et de rapports juridiques, classées par ordre thématique et géographique. L’ouvrage a pour ambition de référencer la littérature juridique consacrées à cinq pays de l’océan Indien (Comores, Madagascar, Maurice, Mozambique et Seychelles) ainsi que trois collectivités d’outre-mer françaises (Mayotte, La Réunion et TAAF) et comprend également un chapitre consacré aux études comparatives et transversales. Il a été conçu comme un outil d’aide à la recherche pour l’ensemble des juristes, universitaires ou praticiens, désireux de mieux con-naître le droit dans l’océan Indien.
Contributions au colloque "Constitutions under pressure" co-organisé en 2020 par Aurélien ANTOINE, Professeur de Droit Public à l'Université Jean Monnet St Etienne, et le CERCRID (UMR 5137). Le colloque n'avait pas pu avoir lieu en raison de la crise de la Covid-19 mais les contributions ont fait l'objet d'une publication.
