If I was making a salad from this very helpful infographic, it will start with cabbage and lettuce as a base �, carrots �, cucumbers and croutons for crunch, cheese �(preferably pepper jack to add some spice) and avocado � for softness, unexpected would be bacon �, steak for protein �with dairy based dressing.
