Tuesday, a Bay County jury convicted Scott E. Allen of one count of sexual battery on a child less than 12 years of age, two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation, one count of video voyeurism on certain minors, one count of video voyeurism, seven counts of producing child pornography, and 115 counts of possessing child pornography.
