U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Ryan Hamilton, 32, of Bath, NY, who was convicted of possession of child pornography by an individual with a prior conviction, was sentenced to serve 162 months in prison and 15 years supervised release by U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa. Hamilton was also ordered to pay $18,000 in restitution to victims.

PEORIA, Ill. –U.S. District Judge James E. Shadid today sentenced Harold L. Williams, 40, of Pekin, Ill., a previously convicted sex offender, to serve 47 years in prison for sexual exploitation of a minor while he was on federal supervised release. The sentence consists of 45 years for enticing an out-of-state minor victim to engage in sexually explicit conduct to produce child pornography and an additional, consecutive two years in prison for violating the terms of his previously imposed lifetime supervised release.

Ross announced today that Joshua Wormley, 38, of Bath, NY, who was convicted of possession of child pornography by an individual with a prior sex offense conviction, was sentenced to serve 120 months in prison by Chief U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford.

A man whose sentence for sexual assault was commuted by outgoing Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin (R) last year was arrested on Tuesday on charges of producing child pornography, federal officials said.

Former governor of Kentucky, Matt Bevin commuted a sexual predator's sentence and this is the direct result of that very bad decision.
