United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Travis J. Bodfield, 28, of Ralston, Nebraska, was sentenced on July 26, 2024, in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, for receipt and distribution of child pornography.

FRESNO, Calif. — Nicolas Adan Guereca, 25, of Fresno was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston to 25 years in prison for sexual exploitation of a minor and receipt of child pornography, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.  The court also ordered Guereca to pay a total of $60,200 in financial assessments and scheduled a hearing on restitution for September 16, 2024.

PENSACOLA, FLORIDA – Donovan E. Whidden, 21, of Pensacola, Florida, was sentenced to 16 years in federal prison after previously pleading guilty to online receipt of child pornography.

TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – Sean Kurt Paolo Macalacad, 24, of Tallahassee, Florida, was sentenced to eighteen years in federal prison after previously pleading guilty to one count of sexual exploitation of children and one count of receipt of child pornography. The sentence was announced by Jason R. Coody, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.

OAKLAND – Javier Antonio Ramirez was sentenced to serve 20 years in prison for coercing and enticing teenaged girls to produce child pornography and receiving child pornography this week, announced U.S. Attorney Ismail J. Ramsey and Homeland Security Investigations (“HSI”) San Francisco Special Agent in Charge Tatum King. 

URBANA, Ill. – A Decatur, Illinois, man, Kevin Dial, 52, of the 5100th block of Hickory Point Frontage Road, was sentenced on April 5, 2024, to 50 years imprisonment for sexual exploitation of minors, receipt of child pornography, and possession of child pornography.

United States Attorney Ronald C. Gathe, Jr. announced that U.S. District Judge John W. deGravelles sentenced Todd Eric Tripp, age 35, of Sorrento, Louisiana, to 234 months in federal prison following his conviction for receipt of child pornography.

DAVENPORT, Iowa – A Davenport man was sentenced on Thursday, July 11, 2024 to 216 months in federal prison, for receipt of child pornography.

LAKE CHARLES, La. – United States Attorney Brandon B. Brown announced that a Sulphur, Louisiana man was sentenced yesterday by United States District Judge James D. Cain, Jr. on child pornography charges.

ALBANY, NEW YORK – Thomas Love, age 35, of Amsterdam, New York, was sentenced yesterday to serve 121 months in prison for receiving child pornography.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – A Springfield, Mo., man who is a registered sex offender was sentenced in federal court today for receiving child pornography, which was discovered on his cell phone during an investigation into threats he made to a sheriff’s department employee.

MADISON, WIS. – Timothy M. O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Seth W. Fagan, 33, La Crosse, Wisconsin, was sentenced today by Chief U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson to 18 years in prison for receiving child pornography.

MINNEAPOLIS – A Pine City man has been sentenced to 350 months in prison followed by 12 years of supervised release for producing, receiving, and distributing images of child pornography, and coercing and enticing minors to engage in illegal sexual activity, announced U.S. Attorney Andrew M. Luger.
