SIOUX FALLS - United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced today that U.S. District Judge Karen E. Schreier has sentenced a Buffalo, New York, man convicted of Production of Child Pornography. The sentencing took place on July 22, 2024.

FAYETTEVILLE – A Harrison man was sentenced yesterday to 660 months imprisonment without the possibility of parole on two (2) Counts of Sexually Exploiting a Minor via the Production of Child Pornography.

Gregory J. Haanstad, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, announced that on June 3, 2024, Charlotta A. Belgum (age: 38) of Appleton, Wisconsin, was sentenced to 240 months in federal prison by Senior United States District Judge William C. Griesbach.

ST. PAUL, Minn. – A Minneapolis man has been sentenced to 300 months in prison followed by 15 years of supervised release for coercing minors to produce child pornography over social media, announced U.S. Attorney Andrew M. Luger.

HAMMOND – Kyle L. Miotke, 22 years old, of Englewood, Colorado, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Gretchen S. Lund after pleading guilty to Production of Child Pornography, announced United States Attorney Clifford D. Johnson.

DAVENPORT, Iowa – A Washington County man was sentenced on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, to 240 months in federal prison for producing child pornography.

BUFFALO, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Charles Porterfield, 37, of Springville, NY, who was convicted by a federal jury of production of child pornography and committing the offense as a registered sex offender, was sentenced to serve 420 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J Arcara.

COVINGTON, Ky. – A Morehead, Ky., man, Andrew Zaheri, 40, was sentenced on Monday, by U.S. District Judge David Bunning, to 22 years in prison, for production of child pornography.

CHARLESTON, S.C. — Michele Mancino a/k/a “Mike Mancino,” 41, of Goose Creek, was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to production of child pornography.*

Jackson, MS – A Pearl River man was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for production of child pornography.

Tampa, Florida – U.S. District Judge William Jung has sentenced Christopher Lee Thompson (46, Palmetto) to 60 years in federal prison for production of child sexual abuse material. The court also ordered Thompson to forfeit two cellphones, an external hard drive, a box of DVDs, and a 128GB Micro SD Card, which are traceable to proceeds of the offense. Thompson entered a guilty plea on March 6, 2024.

DAVENPORT, Iowa – A Riverside woman was sentenced yesterday to 600 months in federal prison for two counts of Production of Child Pornography, following a plea of guilty on an earlier date.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. B  Aaron Joseph Wehrstein, 25, of Columbus, N.C., was sentenced yesterday to 21 years in prison for production of child pornography, announced Dena J. King, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.

MOBILE, AL – Jeremy Kinsey, a Baldwin County, Alabama man, has been sentenced to 360 months (30 years) in federal prison for production of child pornography. Kinsey pled guilty to five counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography in January 2024.
