A 34-year-old Texas City resident has been sentenced for distributing and possessing child pornography

WILMINGTON, N.C. – A Kinston man was sentenced today to 240 months imprisonment followed by 10 years of supervised release for distributing child pornography following a multi-agency investigation showing that the man had possessed and/or distributed at least 132 images and 43 videos of child pornography often involving children under the age of 12.

MISSOULA — A Missoula man who admitted to trading videos and images of child pornography with others on social media sites and who possessed thousands of images of child sexual abuse material was sentenced on Tuesday to 17 years and six months in prison, to be followed by 15 years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said today.

ALBANY, NEW YORK – Eric Ross, age 36, of Chicago, Illinois, was sentenced yesterday to 15 years in prison for attempting to entice and coerce a 12-year-old child into sexual activity and for distributing and possessing child pornography.

Chattanooga, Tenn. – Today, Eric Lee Bagley, 44, of Lookout Mountain, Georgia, was sentenced to 20 years in prison by the Honorable Charles Atchley, United States District Court Judge, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Wayne Lee Hauzer, 59, of Tracy, was sentenced today to 29 years in prison and a $10,000 fine for distribution of child pornography, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.

MINNEAPOLIS – A Pine City man has been sentenced to 350 months in prison followed by 12 years of supervised release for producing, receiving, and distributing images of child pornography, and coercing and enticing minors to engage in illegal sexual activity, announced U.S. Attorney Andrew M. Luger. 

United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Travis J. Bodfield, 28, of Ralston, Nebraska, was sentenced on July 26, 2024, in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, for receipt and distribution of child pornography.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Michael Joseph Taylor, 39, of Sacramento, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Daniel J. Calabretta to 17 years and six months in prison to be followed by 20 years of supervised release for distributing and possessing child sexual abuse material, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.

LITTLE ROCK—Jessie Michael Collins will spend 35 years in federal prison for distribution of child pornography. Jonathan D. Ross, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas, announced the sentence, which was handed down today by United States District Judge Lee P. Rudofsky.

COVINGTON, Ky. – A Cincinnati man, Joshua Robert Flick, 35, was sentenced on Thursday, by U.S. District Judge David Bunning, to 15 years in prison, for distribution of child pornography.

SALT LAKE, Utah – James Weston Fawcett, 43, of South Jordan, Utah, was sentenced to 14 years’ imprisonment, and a life term of supervised release after he admitted to uploading child pornography on a social media platform. 

United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Clifton D. Reinoehl, 44, of Sheridan, Wyoming, was sentenced April 22, 2024, in federal court in Lincoln, Nebraska for production and possession of child pornography. Senior United States District Judge John M. Gerrard sentenced Reinoehl to a total of 264 months’ imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system.

COVINGTON, Ky. – A Hanson, Ky., man, Michael Earl Huey, 66, was sentenced on Wednesday, by U.S. District Judge David Bunning, to 18 years in prison, for distribution of child pornography.

SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio man was sentenced in a federal court in San Antonio to 300 months in prison for possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
