OKLAHOMA CITY – Yesterday, STEVEN NEEL HARRY, 62, of Oklahoma City, was sentenced to serve 327 months in federal prison for attempted coercion and enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity, announced United States Attorney Robert J. Troester.

BENTON, Ill. – A district judge sentenced a former paraprofessional at Tri-County Special Education Center in Murphysboro to spend 10 years in federal prison for attempted sex crimes against a minor. 

BENTON, Ill. – A district judge in southern Illinois sentenced a man from Paducah to serve 15 years in federal prison after he admitted to attempting to entice a purported 11-year-old child.

LAFAYETTE, La. – Kane Miller, 33, of Scott, Louisiana, has been sentenced by United States District Judge Robert R. Summerhays to 205 months (17 years, 1 month) in prison, followed by a lifetime of supervised release, announced United States Attorney Brandon B. Brown.

ALBANY, NEW YORK – Matthew Peters, age 49, of Schenectady, New York, was sentenced today to 300 months in prison for attempting to entice a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity and for committing a felony offense involving a minor while required to register as a sex offender.

CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA — Therence Jamsion, 58, of Charleston, was sentenced to nearly 20 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to attempted coercion and enticement of a minor.

SIOUX FALLS - United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced today that U.S. District Judge Lawrence L. Piersol has sentenced a Sioux Falls, South Dakota, man convicted of Attempted Enticement of a Minor. The sentencing took place on July 24, 2023.

ALBANY, NEW YORK – Michael E. Robbins, II, age 27, of Schenectady, New York, was sentenced today to 10 years in prison for attempted coercion and enticement of a minor.

Ocala, Florida – Senior United States District Judge Gregory A. Presnell has sentenced Jorge Mojocoa (70, Fort McCoy) to 10 years and one month in federal prison for attempting to entice a minor to engage in sexual conduct. 

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK – Conner Spells, age 24, of Watertown, New York was sentenced yesterday to serve 144 months in prison and 10 years of supervised release for the attempted enticement of a minor he believed was 10 years old and for distribution of child pornography.

Biddle, 42, of Deming, pleaded guilty on Oct. 26 to production and attempted production of child pornography, receipt and attempted receipt of child pornography, and enticement and attempted enticement of a minor.

SIOUX FALLS - United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced today that U.S. District Judge Karen E. Schreier has sentenced a Sioux Falls, South Dakota, man convicted of Attempted Enticement of a Minor Using the Internet. The sentencing took place on January 29, 2024.

ALBANY, NEW YORK – Jonathan Woodworth, age 45, of Riverside-Albert, New Brunswick, Canada, was sentenced yesterday to 144 months in prison for attempting to entice and coerce a 10-year-old child into sexual activity.

BENTON, Ill. – A district judge sentenced two men to each spend ten years in federal prison after both were charged in a law enforcement sting to detect online child predators.

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK – Kevin Couture, age 42, of Chicago, Illinois, was sentenced today to serve 144 months (12 years) in federal prison for attempting to entice and coerce a minor to engage in sexual activity, announced United States Attorney Carla B. Freedman and Alfred Watson, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the Albany Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Jacksonville, Florida – United States District Judge Marcia Morales Howard has sentenced Paul Edward Lee, Jr. (44, Jacksonville) to 30 years in federal prison for attempting to entice a 14-year-old child to produce and send him videos and images depicting the victim’s sexual abuse.

Tampa, Florida – U.S. District Judge Virginia Covington has sentenced William Douglas Collinsworth (54, Cape Coral) to 14 years in federal prison for attempted enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity.

ALBANY, NEW YORK – David Feeney, age 57, of Bristol, Connecticut, was sentenced today to 327 months in prison for attempting to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity.

Seattle – A former member of the Washington State Patrol was sentenced to ten years in prison last week, after pleading guilty in January 2023 to Attempted Enticement of a Minor, announced U.S. Attorney Nick Brown.

RAPID CITY - United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced that a jury has convicted James Dean Hanapel, age 22, of Jacksonville, Florida, of Attempted Enticement of a Minor Using the Internet following a 3-day jury trial in federal district court in Rapid City, South Dakota.
