Yakima, Washington – United States District Judge Mary K. Dimke sentenced Jeremiah Bobb, age 27, of White Swan, Washington, to 180 months in federal prison for one count of Sexual Abuse of a Minor and 40 years in prison for one count of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child.

The former sergeant-at-arms for the Hays County Republican Party was arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child, the San Marcos Record reports. “Bo Michael Dresner was booked into the Hays County Jail on April 3 and had not been released as of press time,” the newspaper noted.

Alexander M.M. Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, and Raul Bujanda, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Albuquerque Field Office, announced that Amadius Archuleta was arraigned on Aug. 18 on an indictment charging him with aggravated sexual assault in Indian Country.
