In a nearly nine-hour deposition back in March, a JP Morgan executive testified that she was aware of Jeffrey Epstein's status as a sex offender and that he had the potential to harm more victims, but she didn't think it was her job to remove him as a client, The Washington Post reported. 

JPMorgan Chase & Co could be liable to women who accused Jeffrey Epstein of sexual abuse if they can show that former executive Jes Staley had first-hand knowledge that the financier ran a sex-trafficking venture, a U.S. judge said on Monday. 

Jeffrey Epstein's victims have formally asked a U.S. judge to preliminarily approve JPMorgan Chase's $290 million settlement to resolve claims that the largest U.S. bank turned a blind eye to the disgraced financier's sexual abuses. 

NEW YORK — The Manhattan district attorney has been dragged into litigation that’s ramping up against JPMorgan Chase, brought by abuse victims of disgraced billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. As JPMorgan presses Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg for documents, a Manhattan federal judge on Thursday gave the prosecutor’s office until the following day to outline the records in question. The Wall Street giant is accused in the suit of being a critical enabler of the dead financier’s child sex trafficking ring. Bragg’s office previously indicated it doesn’t want to hand over documents to JPMorgan. 

JPMorgan Chase’s CEO Jamie Dimon will testify about his bank allegedly profiting from Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking operation, Law&Crime; reported. According to the Virgin Islands government, Dimon knew about Epstein’s crimes by at least 2008, which was the year Epstein was convicted.
