Nataša Pantović 's insight:
"A bridge builder between East and West, following ancient archaeological findings, she often dives into historic settings more than 2,000 years back in time. In her novel, Ama, the 52-year-old author makes a bold swerve into less-travelled territory. She chooses for her protagonists Ama, an African priestess, living in China’s Macao in the 17th century; Ruben, a Portuguese Jesuit priest; and Fr Benedict, an Orthodox Christian. The book explores the rapidly-growing Macao, of the Age of Enlightenment." Sunday Times

"Malta Temple Culture 3,500 BC Rituals At the time of eruption, the temples were long abandoned by its builders, following a harsh climate change that increased storms and rains, removing layers after layers of carefully cultivated and for centuries fertilised land. The evidence of this catastrophic event was found on the skeleton of the last generation of Neolithic Temple Builders, around 2400 BC. In an attempt to keep the land from disappearing, many ancestors’ bones show the evidence of strained wrists."

A Czech archaeologist, Alena Slamova, was routinely cleaning the excavations from a dig when her sharp eye noticed unusual scratching on the surface of one fragment. So she has decided to examine it further with her colleagues, not dispose of it. Runes are an alphabetic script, called fuþark, used among Germanic tribes What scientists are after are abecedaries (passed through Europe as a script). Longer time period, more difficult the find. I.e. many inscriptions exist in younger fuþark, and there are only about 430 in older fuþark, used until 700 AC, of which only 17 contain complete, or incomplete abecedaries. Less than 100 span from 300 AC to 700 AC creating what is known as the South-Germanic corpus.

In its times of plenty the Vinča culture’s scientists have developed metallurgy. “There is a wider flow of people and ideas in a larger geographic area. Last year, archaeologists led by Sanja Crnobrnja Krasić found a most amazing 6,000-year-old monumental figurine representing a fertility goddess named „Venus of Župa“. „This discovery proves our assumption that Vitkovo was a religious centre of the Vinča culture, because the Venus figurine is tall more than 30 centimeters."

Why European #Mindfulness Natasa Pantovic, Author of Conscious Creativity Ancient Europe Meditations

In an interview with Sunday Times : "A Beautiful Mind", Nataša explains her unusual use of the word "mindfulness", she calls it "European mindfulness".

Q. You explore the Age of Enlightenment, and ‘Western’ ancient Greek philosophers. Can you talk about your use of the Eastern concept of ‘mindfulness’ in this context?

A: "There are a number of ‘instant happiness’ gurus out there, I do not believe in a ‘get rich in a day’ message, but I do believe that if we learn how to listen to our soul, we will be able to live our highest potential.

We live in a rapidly changing world. When I was born in Belgrade in 1968, at the time of no TV or internet, the population on the planet was three billion. Now they say it is seven billion. The changes I have seen during my lifetime are huge. Emotionally, mentally and physically, we have to adopt different behavior patterns, not just to survive, but to thrive without abusing other social groups or animals or endangering planet Earth. The next stage, the stage of cultural life, is beyond the knowledge of more than 90 per cent of the population. Having a percentage of the population that neither collects objects nor watches TV, nor reads newspapers, that is still capable of thinking, un-hypnotized, to appreciate art, or dance or sing, and is able to think creatively, is a part of my research fascination."
The growing breach between the rich and poor countries has not been met with the response of an equivalent flow of international solidarity. Global ecological and economic interdependence requires effective international cooperation for appropriate management. The inadequate cooperation of all countries is responsible for the continuing rivalries and inequities in the global economic and social system.

Using AoL Mindfulness as a process, a philosophy and a methodological framework for the realization of collaborative and sustainable projects, we facilitate diversity, creativity and team-work around the Globe. The idea is to enlighten collective intelligence and unleash our creative genius working with many transformative projects and organisations across the world...

Why European Mindfulness?

Variety of religious and spiritual movements, such as Yoga, or the New Thought use “mindfulness” for spiritual growth and development. Such an ancient concept in Europe, an innate quality known in Ancient Greece as “Pure Reason” or with Egyptians as “heart-mind” or “Intelligence of the Heart” going back to Ancient Egyptian Babylon’s philosophy, or Ancient Greek Plato’s Soul’s Eye that is purified “for it is by it alone that we contemplate the truth.”, the naming of God’s idea of Pythagoras Music of the Spheres., the mystical practices of Balkan’s Slavs, or Ancient Maltese or Cyprus, or Olimp temple worshipping rituals. In her NET TV Interview Nataša Pantović explains how from the point of view of psychology, meditation induces altered states of consciousness.

Animal Activists Unite by Natasa Pantovic

Animal Activists Unite! Presented by Nataša Pantović at NARD21 Malta Animal Rights Day 2021, June 06 2021. The Event was organized by a Maltese NGO Animal Liberation Malta in Mosta's most amazing garden with an amphitheater directly facing a sun-set + some most beautiful people from Malta, Macedonia, Japan, Greece, Libya, Italy, Croatia, Serbia, England, and many more countries. What a gathering of young illuminated hearts! All united in their love for animals...
ALM's mission is to raise awareness and take action against all forms of animal abuse.
"Last Sunday, Malta held its first-ever National Animal Rights' Day. Our team, responsible for street activism, worked independently on this project in collaboration with the International NGO, Our Planet. Theirs too, to make this happen. It was a touching ceremony commemorating the billions of animals that die each year at human hands.
Despite the adversities and restrictions, the organising team managed to pull this off, bringing together a small number of people dedicated to the cause, paying tribute to animals and joining more than 70 cities worldwide on the same day.
Several touching speeches and live cello animated the ceremony, including reading the Declaration of Animal Rights in English & Maltese and concluding the ceremony by inviting participants to sign the declaration.
Many heartwarming dedications and words of solidarity towards animals were documented on paper.
We then transitioned to the celebration part, coming together to finish the day off with positivity and hope, being grateful for the fact that more & more people are making the connection and becoming conscious of Animal Rights.
During the ceremony and celebration, social distancing was observed and the participants adhered to the Covid-19 restrictions.
This is the beginning of a new era for Animal Rights in Malta, and we have a lot of work to do to bring about Animal Liberation.
Hopefully, next year’s NARD will be bigger, better and more impactful.
A big thank you goes to everyone who attended." The Organiser.

Malta Poets Society Open Mic Natasa Pantovic LIVE #Spiral & Other #Poems from Art of 4 Elements Book

Malta Poets Society Open Mic Natasa Pantovic LIVE Poem Spiral from Art of 4 Elements May 2022.

In geometry, a golden spiral is a logarithmic spiral whose growth factor is φ, the golden ratio. Golden ratio refers to the Fibonacci Sequence (0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, ...) , in which each term is the sum of the previous... The mathematical ideas the Fibonacci sequence leads to, the golden ratio, spirals and similar curves. The number phi, often known as the golden ratio, is a mathematical concept that people have known about since the time of the ancient Greeks. It is an irrational number and goes on forever after the decimal point. The golden ratio describes predictable patterns on everything from atoms to huge stars in the sky. The ratio is derived from something called the Fibonacci sequence, named after its Italian founder, Leonardo Fibonacci. Nature uses this ratio to maintain balance, and the financial markets seem to as well.

Ancient Maltese, Cyprians, Ancient Egyptians, Slavs 6-3,000 BC used Spiral as a symbol of soul's descend to God.

"Found within the oldest temples across our little planet it narrates a story of our search towards infinite, our path to consciousness, from the center to the infinite end, from unit consciousness to divine consciousness, from point to infinity, symbolizing the journey of our souls." Spiritual Symbols with Their Meanings, Nataša Pantović

"Certainly we are not our thoughts, but we come together when we choose to share them. These aphorisms cover the gamut of the human experience, with recurrent themes of love, liberty, the mind and character..." Author
"As the river flows inexorably to the sea, sweeping us along, we find ourselves stepping out onto the shore, reflecting on it all. Such moments come as we awaken in the morning, wait at the traffic lights, walk the dog or stir a pot on the boil. Thoughts are the most spontaneous and intimate thing we possess, if indeed we can speak of possession rather than a glimpse of the 11 picture, seen through our eyes, that appears before us day to day. They are what make us who we are, as all that surrounds us pushes, drives, moulds and tests us, forming every fibre of our being." "Certainly we are not our thoughts, but we come together when we choose to share them."

"These aphorisms cover the gamut of the human experience, with recurrent themes of love, liberty, the mind and character. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I have enjoyed penning them." The Author

Malta #Temples 2400 BC 3500 BC Rituals by Nataša Pantović (Author of Spiritual Symbols)

A rich and bustling community of 2,000 people, at its peak, had built 66 temples during the period of 1,000 years. Now, a new exciting archaeological excavation at Tas-Silġ in Marsaxlokk, sheds further light about Neolithic Temple Builders of Malta.

In British times Neolithic were confused with Phoenicians origins, so most of the artefacts did stay in Maltese hands, now exhibited in Archaeological Museum in Valletta and within the Temple Complexes. With the development of meta-physics, meta-psychology, or micro-biology, our scientists and researchers stay amazed with the Culture that used healing with sounds within their rituals, had extra-ordinary artists that sculpted with precision, had architects, clothes makers, and farmers that fertilised their cultivated land.
The Island’s first Temples have been unearthed during the British excavation in 1830 - 1840, at the same time with Crete excavation, and since the Islands were during the Second World War a British colony, viewed as a military zone, they have experienced lots of bombarding and damage to all the buildings. Hypogeum, the most amazing 11 meters deep, carved in stone underground temple, was for example used as a Bomb Shelter. It was only in 1970s that Malta gained its independence, and its scientists & archaeologists have started claiming the natural heritage from the investors, roads builders, and various other intruders.
Nearly 6,000 years, numbering several thousand people, is far denser than the people of mainland Europe. The islands were visited by neighbouring islands, was a trading port and ritual site at the heart of the Mediterranean. The decisive blow to the Culture occurred around 2350 BC, when the whole region, geologists tell us, suffered a catastrophic climate event.

Strange that this article does not mention the ancient Greek influence on the Xi'an sculptures.  For that read here:  https://visit-ancient-greece.com/2020/01/22/how-interconnected-was-the-ancient-world/
I am guessing the Chinese don't want to admit they learned something from foreigners.

Travelling to their thought-form, Vincent van Gogh to the artist friend Emile: “But now look, ... you surely can't seriously imagine a confinement like that, in the middle of the road, with the mother starting to pray instead of suckling her child? Those bloated frogs of priests on their knees as though they're having an epileptic fit are also part of it, God alone knows how and why! No, I can't call that sound, for if I am at all capable of spiritual ecstasy, then I feel exalted in the face of truth, of what is possible, which means I bow down before the study - one that had enough power in it to make a Millet tremble - of peasants carrying a calf born in the fields back home to the farm.

“The artist always comes up against resistance from nature in the beginning, but if he really takes her seriously he will not be put off by that opposition, on the contrary, it is all the more incentive to win her over - at heart, nature and the honest draughtsman are as one.” Vincent Van Gogh to his brother” “The struggle with nature is sometimes a bit like what Shakespeare calls “the taming of the shrew””.

Just got hold of an eBook from the Maltese collection of antiques, Theology, from Albertus, Magnus, Saint, 11930-1280, Dominicans, Venice (Italy), Ripelin, Hugh, ca.1205 - ca.1270, Landino, Cristoforo, 1424-1504. In the Middle Ages, this book was considered to be the most widespread manual of Christian theology. It was distributed, studied, researched, passed from a convent to the other as a Christian thought. Let me tell you why! The work is divided into seven parts treating different theological aspects of the Catholic faith from the Aristotle perspective! I am not joking! It was the famous Aristotle 380 BC, that Saint Albert paraphrased. So it was a real treat to see how deep Aristotle philosophy is engraved in the Christian thought!
Nataša Pantović 's curator insight, August 23, 2021 5:48 AM
Give me an educated guess, how much of the Christian thought was a direct copy-paste from Aristotle 380 BC? My thoughts were 20-40%. Reading the book, I changed my mind - 90 % +, mamma-mia! che miseria! haha
