It's a shame that women occupy leadership positions and make important decisions that contribute to the profit margin of many companies and to the financial stability of non-profit corporations, but are still denied salaries that are on par with men who do the same jobs. It's a situation fueled by the mindless discrimination of misogyny in the workplace and it's disgraceful.
