This is interesting - Social Media ROI is tough. Suggests that social media returns should also be measured by change in customer behavior, not just dollars and that traditional measures don't work (I think we know that by now). What matters in SM? Brand awareness, engagement, and word of mouth. Consumers are in control, not marketers. They then go on to explain a path to effect SM strategy. So, do you agree?
