Vocabulary builing tool with a web clipper that can be added to a browser for quick additions to a tagged phrasebook - looks like a very interesting use of browser technology that promotes learner autonomy

Excellent idea! A fantastic tool to build up a collection of useful chunks or phrases around topics, situations, etc.
LEARNING TIP: Phraseum provides what they call a 'clipping button' that you drag onto your browser bookmark bar. Then, while you're reading online, you can highlight a piece of text (collocations, chunks, idioms, etc.) you want to clip, then hit the Phraseum clipping button to save and categorize the phrase into your account to learn or use later.
You can also share the phrases and phrasebooks you create and subscribe to other people's.
