An amazing story of how teachers initiative lead teachers to revolutionize learning in the classroom. Book adoptions lead to expensive new materials and lots of money invested while not all teachers have the opportunity to collaborate on curriculum. This school district worked for the success of their students without initially intending it. Led to engagement, parent involvement, and flexibility for students to stay caught up when they had unexpected absences.
