Accidents happen. I’m sure he wasn’t planning on hurting anyone that day. But that doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be held accountable for his actions. If you accidently run over a kid in a crosswalk with your car you get punished. If you crash your UAV into someone you should be held accountable.
