At least Bloomberg Businessweek did a proper title. Other media outlets are incorrectly reporting that Goldman Sachs "FINALLY" settled the 1999 eToys IPO litigation.
Someone should have consulted me on that titling.

Goldman Sachs is suing Goldman Sachs via massive frauds on the court and perjuries by Goldman Sachs attorney's who placed their own inside eToys and also made a law firm partner the U.S. Attorney over the case.

New York's highest court agreed Thursday to hear an appeal from now-defunct online toy retailer eToys Inc. accusing Goldman Sachs Group Inc. of breaching its fiduciary duty to the company by undervaluing its $178 million initial public offering.

If the court would look at my info - this case would be stopped in its tracks immediately. MNAT (GSachs secret law firm in Delaware) LIED to a chief federal justice 34 times, in order to become the eToys Debtor's counsel. Then MNAT asked for (and received) permission to Destroy eToys books & records. eToys was sold to Bain/ Kay Bee for less than pennies on the dollar. MNAT also (secretly) represents Bain in Delaware. MNAT nominated Paul Traub (a Bain/Romney crony) to be the one to prosecute Goldman Sachs in the N.Y. Supreme Court case. Goldman Sachs is (in essence) suing Goldman Sachs in this case.

Journalist Nocera missed the key fact that Goldman Sachs is suing Goldman Sachs in the NY Supreme Court case. Whereas MNAT, Goldman Sachs counsel in Delaware, did confess in 2005 (several years after this litigation began) - that MNAT lied in its affidavits, in order to become the eToys Debtor's counsel. Then MNAT had picked a partner in crime (Paul Traub) to be the firm to prosecute Goldman Sachs in the NY Supreme Court.
This is why the entire case is Under SEAL!

A few weeks after this story was published, Bain Capital's Toys R Us "Cancelled" their I.P.O.! And, in May 2013, the N.Y. Supreme Court heard the Re-opened case of eToys (ebc1) v Goldman Sachs (Opinion forthcoming).

More than three years after receiving a 50-year sentence, convicted Ponzi scheme-operator Tom Petters is looking to cut his stay in prison.

Tom Petters knows that Paul Traub is Romney's buddy. Petters is also aware that Marty Lackner was partners in the Ponzi scheme and that J. Lackner (the Minnesota Assistant U.S. Attorney former head of the criminal division) - is Marty's brother.
Combine those issues with the fact that Larry Reynolds sat 12 feet from my desk during the eToys case (that Paul Traub helped steal for Romney/ Bain) - with the fact that Larry Reynolds laundered $12 Billion in Las Vegas, under investigation (but never arrested) by federal agencies - as Larry's real name is Reservitz and he was in Witness Protection.
That, with the fact that Colm F Connolly (the former Delaware U.S. Attorney) who refused to investigate and/or prosecute Traub and Romney - just so happens to have been a partner of Romney's other law firm (www.MNAT.com)
Then it is easy to understand why Sheldon Adelson "believed" it was worthwhile to giver Mitt $100 million in pursuit of the "friendly" U.S. Attorney General.
Because there was clear & convincing evidence that Romney & his Racketeering Gang are professionals at federal corruption

Matt Taibbi and I bantered back & forth. We had a scheduled conference call; but the powers that be nixed it. Had the call transpired, Taibbi would have gained the additional insight into the fact that Michael Glazer (Kay Bee CEO) - was also a "Director" of Stage Stores for Romney.

In the fall of 2007, we were given undeniable proof that Colm Connolly was a Goldman Sachs/ Bain Capital law firm (MNAT) counsel in 2001 (the year eToys crimes began.
This was reported on December 7, 2007 to the Public Corruption Task Force in Los Angeles. In March 2008, when the answer was due from that Unit - They SHUT IT DOWN and actually are reported to have "Threatened" career prosecutors to keep their mouths shut about the reasons why - Or Else!
We now have reasons to believe that an east coast division of the Federal Public Corruption Task Force is contuining the cover up!
