The Bigness Project PDF program by Jen Sinkler free & full download. 10 days have passed since my last update and, well, there hasn’t been much to update. I had this dream of me updating my blog daily, or at least 3-4 times a week. I had a plan to post weekly meal plans, my fitness progress, etc…but, obviously, that hasn’t happened. Not to say I haven’t been trying! I’ve been going to the gym in my building to do cardio and ab workouts/weights. I had to take a week off due to Uterus Issues, because honestly who wants to be sweaty at the same time you’re bleeding from your vag? Not me. But I’m back to it. I plan on going every day for 5 days. If I can do 5 in a row I’ll be so proud of myself. The problem I feel I’m going to face is my lack of a plan when I get down there. I do 20-25 minutes of cardio and then…what? I need to make a workout plan and stick to it, but it’s hard. My relationship with food hasn’t improved but I didn’t expect it to. I’ve been struggling financially for a while so buying healthier food hasn’t happened yet. I really need to get a weekly meal plan going and stick to it. Research time! If anyone has any workout tips and/or meal plan tips, please let me know!! I guess that’s it for now. Let’s see how long it takes me to update now! Until next time!
