Chip Foreman's Book Survive and Thrive book PDF free download. I know it is getting cliché to say these days – as I’m sure that every one of us has heard it one hundred and fifty times already – but every person needs to take time to themselves. Trust me on this. We will all reach a breaking point if all we are ever doing is pouring ourselves out and never being refilled. Yesterday, I hit my max. Nothing out of the ordinary happened, but I needed “me” time. I almost felt guilty about it, but you know what? I did need that. And it’s okay. I’m not a bad mom because I needed to be alone. So let me release you from that guilt if it is holding you back. You are a person. You are an individual AND a mom. But remember that you are an individual. And you are human. Until we are perfect, we will need that recharge time.

Survive and Thrive book by Chip Foreman free download (.pdf).

I recently spent time with a friend who is grieving the death of her husband of 26 years. She noticed that we’re switching places. She is now single and I’m happily partnered up. She wanted to know if I had any tips on how to do it well. This being-single-business. I was flattered, mainly because my singleness, for the most part, hasn’t been by choice. (Ok, it has – I’m choosy. Very much so. But poor company is not a sustainable or healthy substitute for the partner of one’s heart.) Being single is something I’d done with varying degrees of grace and enthusiasm over the past many year, most of the time grudgingly. That notwithstanding, I was surprised at how quickly I was able to come up with a list of things that have either contributed to the Thrive or Survive categories of my life, and I’d like to share them here.
