The 30-year-old actress revealed on Instagram Monday that she lost 61 pounds in the months since giving birth, posing in a sports bra and leggings and thanking her trainer Don Saladino for helping her with the process. "Turns out you can’t lose the 61 lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through Instagram and wondering why you don’t look like all the bikini models," Lively wrote. Michelle Moss''s The Pregnancy Without Pounds Program download in PDF format. I loved the book. Read it all last night! It’s tough to teach me anything about fitness that I don’t already know. I have been in fitness for 22 years, have taught choreography and strength training at group fitness conventions in over 25 countries and have an MA in Health Education. I usually have to go to the World conference to get updated. Books rarely give me new info, but Michelle did a great job and I learned TONS from her.
