Aline Pilani's Morning Fat Melter Program free download (.pdf). Well… in the last week, there has been a positive change!:) I bought an exercise bike on Amazon and I’ve managed to do 30 minutes today! (7 on Friday when I set it up! Yesterday, I had lots to do!) Yes. I’m a whale on a bike. I must say that I don’t dislike it either! I might have to put a towel or something on the seat. They say it’s squishy and extra-wide - it is squishier and wider than some- but… my backside seems to trump even the widest of seats. It’s a big ass… I admit it.. .humbly and gratefully. It’s also not as hard as I thought it would be. The first 10 minutes were the hardest. I was just about to say… well.. 10 today is good when I thought…well.. what about 5 more… and then… what about another five? I even did two 30 second sprints!
