Waking up after a defeat is never nice, especially when it is Spurs who have inflicted the defeat upon you & what’s more frustrating is that we went into the game with a bit of confidence it has to be said. I looked at the game quite positively, not because we are far better than Spurs but the fixture list had been “kind” to us in the build-up. It allowed us an extra days rest & I genuinely thought this may help us out a bit.
