After the chaos of the fires that have plagued my counties in NorCal, it was extremely beneficial for my emotional health to be able to jump back into a routine. I’m looking at the calories that Fitbit lets me eat every day and I think it’s too much. I understand that they add more calories as you move around and exercise but it still feels like far too many. Thus, I am planning to cut my allowed calories down to between 1900-2000 calories a day. By that goal, I have gone over today, eating way too many cookies that were left available to me in the office, but I’ll have more of care to stay under 2000 calories tomorrow.
