Falsely flagged, Russia-trading, sanctioned dark fleet tanker Chariot Tide (ex Marabella Sun with IMO 9323376) is signalling "not under command" and drifting off Morocco. Perhaps having difficulties getting into port when it's "stateless"? (it was broadcasting Tangier as its destination so likely has refined product cargo on board)
