Excelente artigo de Joseph Grenny, publicado no Linkedin, Pulse, comparando as estratégias do "dizer" e a do "perguntar" quando se quer convencer pessoas a mudar. No exemplo citado no texto, dois garotos tentam convencer fumantes a largar o vício usando cada uma das duas estratégias. A primeira, mais tradicional, distribui um mini folheto apontando mecanicamente as mazelas do vício. A segunda, chocante e criativa, mostra os dois garotos pedindo para os fumantes lhe acenderem um cigarro. A primeira não tem o mínimo efeito. A segunda toca os fumantes de forma inesperada, tornando-os eles mesmos advogados do anti-tabagismo. É importante, também, assistir o vídeo com a abordagem dos garotos, "linkado" no artigo.

This is a terrific 4.22 minute video by Beth Comstock at General Electric (GE) explaining how and why they do storytelling. GE does a masterful job at business storytelling and are a great example to follow.
GE has their heads on straight about what makes an effective business story, which Comstock goes over here. Watch this video and take notes on what they are doing. Then do the same for an awesome 2015.
