At the March 11, 2020, Newtown Township Board of Supervisors meeting, a Toll Brothers conditional use application to build a “cluster” of 45 homes in the Conservation Management district located at Twining Bridge Road and Route 413 was brought up for a possible decision by the Board.

 

Several members of the public, including Joyann Charlton, Eric Pomerantz, and Steve Pfanstiel, spoke up and sent email in opposition to the plan.
