It's great more and more genres of different cultures are starting to get their recognition in the music industry and sales are increasing. The article was published on March 27th, 2019 by "Rolling Stone" an American monthly magazine that focuses on popular culture. It was founded in San Francisco, California in 1967 by Jann Wenner and the music critic Ralph J. Gleason. In the 1990s, the magazine shifted focus to a younger readership interested in youth-oriented television shows, film actors, and popular music.
Tiffany S's curator insight, May 23, 9:25 PM
Latin music has been very popular over the years, but it is very interesting to see that an increase has shown from last year. This article is very reliable because it's from the source RIAA. The music industry is of course very diverse, so for latin music's revenue to be showing a growth it is very beneficial.

I am happy to see the major music industry distribution chains growing to new levels.  I hope this will result to higher artist payouts and royalities.
This source has several analitical data points that lead me to believe its a creditable source along with the sales of their top artist in the 2018 calendar year.
I believe this is an industry source of relevant news and with the sales numbers UMGP has produced i’m Sure other distribution chains are following the model trying to copy their success.
Jaylon Goston's curator insight, March 23, 12:25 AM
In my opinion the article really shows what you can accomplish in  three years with drive and determination. Jody Gerson is a true example of a hard worker. What makes it more inspiring is that she's a woman making history in a male dominated world and as a man that is great to see.
The author of this article name is Tim Ingham. He is the founder and publisher of Music Business Worldwide, which has serviced the global industry with new, analysis and jobs since 2015. he does really does have any contact information on the web but i've found his twitter which is (@InghamTim). The article he wrote about Jody Gerson I don't think this article is meant to be about any issues or to take sides. It's not to sell a product or service. It's also not meant to persuade anyones thoughts or beliefs. The article isn't even for entertainment just factual information.
The article  has factual evidence because the links in the article gives you more insight on whats being said. The sources appear to be reputable and accurate. Vivendi is quoted and listed as Universal's French owner. This was written February 14th, 2019. The site was published Worldwide November 23rd, 1993 and Bizness April 18th, 2011. It is no record of when the last update was. I didn't find any old links while on this site.

I thought the topic was interesting from the position of being a gamer and the idea of being able to watch a concert. These are all things that show us that video games will only get bigger and bigger. I think this source could be a major informational resource for audio industry professionals .

I am very happy to see music sales are increase year after year. That means music is constantly changing for the consumer to obtain the music they love to listen to and the creators of the music are still getting their work's worth in revenue. The article was published on April 1st, 2019 by a major American entertainment media company, owned by the Billboard-Hollywood Reporter Media Group, who publishes pieces involving news, video, opinion, reviews, events, and style, and is also known for its music charts, including the Hot 100 and Billboard 200, tracking the most popular songs and albums in different genres. It also hosts events, owns a publishing firm, and operates several TV shows.

I feel all parties need to be considered her. youtube can't be expected to watch 50 million plus accounts for uploads especially if the users aren't making money off the copyrighted material. but creators also need to get paid so companies like Spotify and say google play pay for usage rights to stream songs at least that is my understanding.
