I've got this book and pretty much agree with Elea's review. If you're a name nerd growing a library, I'd say it's worth adding each new edition of this - think how interesting it'll be (for you or someone else) to come back to them in 20 or 50 or 100 years' time.
Also, I've just been checking out the revamped babynames.co.uk site - it'll be interesting to see how that develops.
