1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). get a cooking sheet ready.
Tear or cut the thick part of the stem from the leaf. Wash and thoroughly dry kale.
2. Drizzle or spray kale with olive oil or hemp oil(a oil sprayer works best) and sprinkle with seasoning or sea salt.(I simply put the salt in a bowl and sprinkle it lightly above the kale to evenly distribute the salt)
3. Bake until the edges are brown but are not burnt, 10 to 12 minutes.(depending on how you like them, less time gives you more chewiness and more time makes the whole kale piece go crunch!)
