Indonesia’s price comparison site Telunjuk is revealing today that the site now records close to one million unique visitors per month. Today the company holds about 980,000 products in its database and is paying close attention to its mobile users. Via Thomas Faltin

According to the online portal of Bisnis Indonesia, the country’s dominant telecoms provider PT Telkom Indonesia plans to construct and launch a new satellite in early 2014 – its fourth communications orbiter – and to that end, will soon issue a request for proposal (RFP) to manufacturers.
The group’s director of network and solutions, Rizkan Chandra, says that the satellite will be a replacement for Telkom-3 which failed to reach its orbit position in August this year. Costing USD185 million, Telkom-3 was launched in Kazakhstan to replace Telkom-2, whose own orbit has expired. Telkom-2 had been in service since November 2005.
