With consistent and well designed strategic planning on how, where, when and of whom to send your message to, this will leads to strong brand equity which can add value to your products and services and can allow you to evaluate a better command of higher price for your particular brand than similar unbranded products price commands.


Visible communications can identify the start to the finish point of how you wanting your brand strategy to be and the type of messages tha tyou wanting to deliever to support and back up your brand image and quality, whether it is from how you want it to look or feel like at the end point of receiver, it is very important that your brand is communicating well to the target market.

If the company itself does not understand the brand then the customers never will. Not only does the message and image of the brand need to be strong but visibly also. If visibly your brand is appealing and the message is also strong it will create a strong brand equity.

The video was very farmiliar, it reminded me of a how to video. This overall article felt like a easy dummy's guide to branding and easily and simply explained what a brand needs to be successful.

I agree with you theoni, a brand's image should line up with their objective, mission and vision and also include with their customers and the employees. thats what makes a successful brand and a brand valuable. More importantly it all start with the how you manage to communicate with all shareholders.

A company with a very popular image such as Apple should ensure that all employees and sellers of their products do understand about warranty policies before marketing their products.Appropiate and good communication skills with the appropiate messages delievered is the key to sustainable survival in a business.

On the other hand, customer loyalty can be considered as important when a company such as Apple take feedback seriously in an appropiate manner and attitude. Inappropiate communication can be avoided to minimise risks about losing consumers favour on a particular brand if management and marketing staff do not ignores their consumer's feedback.


This article really speaks the emotions of consumers when marketing communications is out of control.

Although this is the case, Apple taking the responsibility to admit their mistake and apologise to the consumers, this is also another way of solving a mis-communicated messages as quickly as it should be, before any serious damage is done to the brand image and identity.

I was wondering if you think two weeks was a quick enough response time? For me a company as large as Apple should be able to fix issues under a week , especially for such a large market such as that of China. Although the remedy to the situation was well handled and respectfully managed.

Two weeks in fact is actually quite a long response time. The time was made up for with the apology though as its rare that executives openly apologise like that.

Could agree with you more about taking so long for Apple to respond.And yes it is a very popular brand and should have take matters within one week to clear the misunderstanding.
