Not every market is suited for vacation properties, fortunately I live by Port Canaveral, a mecca for vacation travelers from all over the world. In addition to being one of the most desirable cruise ports, Port Canaveral is about 50 minutes from all the Orlando tourist attractions. I have come to know quite a few property owners who rent through Airbnb and they absolutely love this income producing business model.
