April is Alcohol Awareness Month « PDResources | Healthcare Continuing Education | Scoop.it
Alcohol Awareness Month is intended to educate people and communities about the consequences of alcohol-related problems. According to the NESARC, almost 10% of Americans suffer from alcohol-use disorders. In addition, millions experience the devastating effects of alcohol problems due to someone in their life.

During the month of April, Professional Development Resources is offering 20% off all of its alcohol-related continuing education courses. Courses are accredited for Psychologists (APA), Social Workers (ASWB), Counselors (NBCC & NAADAC) and several other licensing boards.
