The Brut Passerina La Canosa is bright straw-yellow in colour, showing a nose characterised by a pleasant fusion of fruits flavours, more apple in evidence, and fresh herbaceous sensations of the and camomile. The palate is fresh and mineral, with a pleasant savoury finish with sprightly acidity.
