One public sector and all should be treated the same. Police already have great benefits, so should be prepared to share some of the pain.

Something of a #nss feel to this story, as those in drawdown need to hold cash and few are sure where the markets are going. So, people are keeping their powder dry even if that means they are losing money. They could of course move their bank account, but may not be allowed to.
