Un article du Monde d'hier rappelle (avec une photo particulièrement inspirée du VP) à notre bon souvenir les travaux de la commission de réflexion sur la rédaction des arrêts et les 18 propositions que Philippe Martin a faite au Vice-Président Jean-Marc Sauvé.
