My thoughts: I have never been one to run on a treadmill. I always think running around the block is much more effective. After reading this article however, im now realizing that using a treadmill can do much more than just cardio exercise. Using different settings on the treadmill like the hill setting it works out your legs while getting your cardio workout. I dont have a treadmill in my house however i would enjoy one especially since we live in a place where it rains all the time.

I know it is hard to stay committed to any behavior change like exercising daily. I also know how much better you'll feel if you exercise, stay fit, and eat right. Try to think of exercise as movement rather than a strict regimen.

My thoughts: Reading this article really helped me. I realized that that everyone struggles to keep in shape. I need to look at exercising as a positive thing. Also i need to find ways to exercise that are fun and doesnt feel like a chore. Exercise pays off in the end, mentaly, emotionaly, and physicaly.

A recent study carried out in Ireland confirms that exercise improves cognitive performance: After half an hour on a bicycle, individuals did much better on memory tests which associated names with unknown faces. My thoughts: Exercising is one of the best ways to keep your body in shape. Exercise helps the brain to be more alert. From past experience after doing exercise i always feel more engergized and awake. It also boosts your memory. Studies shown that people who exercie more have a more advanced memory than others. I think this is really cool cause i wouldnt think exercising would effect the brain in that way.

My thougths:
this site is really helpful for those who want to exercise. You need to know the right equipment to buy. If you dont have the right sports wear you can get hurt while exercising. for my project i will need to buy the proper clothes and equipment.
